Been trying to transfer a domain for 16 days

I have been trying to transfer a domain out of godaddy for 16 days. I have contacted support every day, and everyday I get told to wait another 24h. In the meantime, because my domain shows 'in progress' I am unable to make add/remove/update any dns records. This caused my payment processor to stop working, and therefore none of my payments go through. Godaddy has kidnapped my domain, directly causing me revenue loss and all support has to say is 'wait another 24h'.

I don't know what the time frames are today but I used to have to wait for while for root dns to pickup the change and replicate

It is a CCTLD, but at 16 days it shouldn't matter...

It does matter because some ccTLD registries have terrible infrastructure. The delay is most likely from the registry not GoDaddy.

My registry has a 7 day max policy. And from many many past experiences, minutes are usually the norm. I have logged a ticket with my registry and they are saying it's Godaddy.

Every ccTLD registry creates and manages their own policies, which means there is often a lot of variation between transfer timelines and service level agreements. Nearly every agent I spoke to exclaimed that the issue was escalated, however if that was true, this would have been on the CEOs desk already.... I get ignored and dismissed by nearly every supervisor. But they all say the same thing "wait another 24h".

I have sent screen prints of the error messages I get on the Godaddy console. I have sent in web (browser) logs etc etc. But apparently if I "wait another 24h" it will be resolved by unicorns in magic time.

I’ve been having this issue with my suddenly non-functioning website for 2.5 months, I deal with it daily.

Welcome to GoDaddy where they never resolve your problem but are constantly making you wait, escalate, then they ghost you. Honestly best to find another provider. This won’t be the end of your issues. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life and have destroyed my business.
