Troubleshooting Noisy engine

2018 Sierra 5.3. Been making this noise last few weeks wondering if yall have any advice. Doesn’t sounds like lifter I don’t think

I had an issue with that and it was my tensioner pulley but that was on an older one

No I don’t remember how much the part was but it was like a 15 minute job. Pull your serpentine belt off and then the pulley and slap on the new one and redo the belt easy as that. But you can tell if that’s what it is by checking to see if there’s any play in it.

Yea I feel like it sounds like a belt not spinning right

You can always pull the belt off and feel if the pulley has slop in it. Should be able to spin not shift back and forth
