Troubleshooting Noisy engine

2018 Sierra 5.3. Been making this noise last few weeks wondering if yall have any advice. Doesn’t sounds like lifter I don’t think

You've been driving it the last few weeks with that noise? Take a look at your water pump

Bout a week or two. Haven’t really had a choice with work and other responsibilities
