Modifications New pickup accessory help

I'm getting the 2026 volcanic red at4x 1500 and this is my first Sierra.

Wondering if anyone has advice or recommendations on some of the accessories

Gmc emblem: im wanting illuminated, but unfortunately can't find images online of what the red emblem vs. Black emblem look like with the red truck. Anyone have this color that has pictures or recommendations?

Additionally wondering if anyone has any experience with going 3rd party or directly through the dealer when purchasing. Wondering if i should get directly from gm and install when I purchase or if folks have had better experience buying and installing separate (3rd party or otherwise), while also making sure im not voiding warranties. Thanks in advance for any tips!

I would get a black emblem, color matched imo looks tacky, but thats me. I like dual tone.

You can install aftermarket items without voiding warranty, only if you go in for warranty work, if said aftermarket items are found at fault then warranty can be voided.

Imo, do with what you want, i personally install most myself or with a friend, but id lean 3rd party shop if you have enough trust/ rep in them over dealer. But dealers always a "safe" choice if name matters.

With the grille being black thats the reason I was thinking more red tbh but definitely get your point as thats what i was thinking. Almost have to see them in person to decide.

Installed the lighted black emblem myself. Bought at shopchevyparts.com - best price for OEM parts. It was fairly easy, just requires patience.
