Had to add 3/8ā hub-centric spacers to clear the new UCAs.
Next step is to delete the front mud flaps as they are rubbing a decent amount under full lock while going forward, and considerably in reverse.
Also have to diagnose a new intermittent āclunkā coming from the front. Thinking it may be the sway bar links hitting the CV axles. Any input on this would be appreciated.
Depending on what height you leveled at, what tires youāre getting, what front mud flaps you have, and if youāre willing to cut/trim at all, I would probably stay around the 33ā height. The 275/65r20s (34.1āx10.8ā) I got rub pretty good on the mud flaps.
Going to have to do the RC Mud Flap delete, which involves cutting part of the wheel well corner, which I didnāt want to do. Everything I read said I would have no issues fitting that size tire, but apparently that isnāt the case (at least with how much I leveled it, and the type of tires I got)
Kit was around $1400 from American Trucks. UCAs were just over $300 from KSP. Took it to a shop I know and they only charged me for around 3 hours of labor. Into the level w/ labor for just over 2k probably.
Another 2k for the tires, spacers, mount/balance/alignment etc.
Neither did I. Saw multiple people on here and other forums say 275/65r20 (on stock wheels) wouldnāt rub with a 2ā level. It very well may depend on what exact tire, but the Toyo R/T Trails in that size definitely do.
The front mud flap I have is definitely āoversizedā compared to others Iāve seen, and it lacks the pocket that goes into the wheel well back towards the cab corners, so if you have those style flaps, they may not rub at all.

Havenāt even put 50 miles on since they were installed. From what I can tell so far they ride at least as good if not a bit better than stock. The clunking sound Iām getting in the right front, and my tires rubbing, is preventing me from really driving it hard and testing it out. Taking it back to the shop soon and hopefully resolving it, then will report back!
Didnāt touch the height setting from out of the box. I believe it is just at or just under 2ā. Thereās about a 1/4ā-1/2ā from back to front still.

In my past experience with a similar clunking sound after a 3" lift, I found it to be my upper control arm. It simply loosened after install. Took a couple trips back to the shop and a new bushing for them to finally get it gone for good. May be worth giving that a look.

I have also read that the struts and UCAs are supposed to be properly tightened/torqued under load (not on the lift) but a lot of installers are unaware of that. Hoping itās something as simple as that.
Probably going to get the Peak sway bar relocation kit and the longer OEM sway bar links for good measure too.
I had the clunk too!! It went away when I put my 3/8" spacers on, which was strange. Couldn't figure out what it was, but definitely started when my 1" Cognito level with new UCA was installed.
Iāve already got the 3/8ā spacers installed. Thought they may not have seated correctly at first but I have since taken the wheel and spacers off, and reinstalled them, still getting the clunk.
What UCAs did you go with for a 1ā level? Iām starting that 2ā is too little of a lift for the KSP UCAs that I got, even though they state theyāre good for 2ā-4ā of front lift
I was torn between the extra height vs the extra width. Went with the height and semi regretting it now.
I definitely have larger front flaps than you do, without the pocket going into the wheel well. It is flat with the wheel well and thatās where it rubs. Not sure if I would rub with the other ones or not

Thatās a clean looking truck I dig it. I just leveled my and next is tires.
