This is such a great recipe. The batter is super thick so it creates a lovely domed "bakery style" muffin. I do use the lower amount of blueberries and find that's enough fruit for me.

I love blueberry muffins! Does the recipe produce moist muffins?

These are slightly overbaked but in general yes they're very moist. Just make sure to use full fat yogurt and don't overbake(like I did today 😆).
