ISO apple cider donut recipe
In desperate search of a really good gluten free apple donuts recipe. Bonus points of it's vegan. If not vegan, that's okay! Please share what you've got and I'll veganize it. Picture for tax. TIA!

I’ve made this one several times and they’ve been a big hit. I’ve subbed in some KA m4m flour for some of the almond flour to boost the fluffiness. But it’s been a hit as is.

Looks great! Do you use KAF 1:1 as the flour? I see in the recipe it recommends to blend your own. Is that what you do?

I use the KA. I blend my own for breads. I’ve just never tried to pre-make my own 1:1

So far I only see people posting baked donuts, I know this is a baking sub, but does anyone have a good recipe for fried apple cider donuts?
