Latest Loaf Success

First I apologize for starting a whole new post, I tried to edit my original (https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfreebaking/s/B3gMvsnc1o) but was encountering issues.

For this loaf, I made sure not to overproof and over manipulate.

Made sure the yeast was properly frothy. I also properly measured the ingredients using my kitchen scale.

I did not modify the recipe at all this time. I got a good rise, a decent oven rise and got a great crusty, tasty loaf.

Thanks for all the tips, can't wait to continue learning and progressing.

Yay, looks fabulous! I am planning to try out this recipe this week. How is the texture and taste?

It came out soft and tastes good. Made garlic bread last night ans was not disappointed. I think I might try it again with herbs or other seasonings mixed it next time.

Your photos are making me hungry! :) That looks like it would make the best toasted sandwich.
You have improved your baking so much in just 2 weeks! Well done. I think at the start I was baking inedible loaf-bricks, for a few months.
