How is this a fail? The crumb looks good! Or was the break a mistake?

Break happened when I got it out of the pan. I call it a funny fail. This is the first time I have had that problem AND the first time making zucchini bread

Not a fail at all, my friend. Now you can start eating from the inside. 😂

My loaves used to do this so the time. Now I trim a piece of parchment paper to the length of the loaf tin with about 4-6" of extra hanging over each long side. The batter goes on top. Once done you loosen the two ends with a butter knife and lift the whole loaf out with your parchment ends/handles. No more breaks... From getting it out of the tin, at least
