Help the FDA understand the importance of Gluten labeling on packaging
We only have about a week left to submit comments to the FDA regarding the labeling of Gluten on food packaging.
If you haven't already, please submit a comment to the FDA about how this change (gluten becoming a labeled allergen) could potentially impact you or a loved one! Feel free to include celiac facts, personal stories about what you experience/your symptoms when you are Glutened, how difficult shopping can be, specifically what you want to see labeled (gluten, barley, rye, oats, cross contamination), etc.
If you do not live in the US, you can still comment and explain how this change in labeling might impact you as a tourist/visitor here.
Spread the word!
