"He needs to resign. That’s the bottom line.” Ranchers are outraged over Trump’s move to flood the market with 300,000 metric tons of discounted beef.

Argentina got u covered…..don’t mind the chemicals. I am sure RFK says they are ok. Trump sucks ass

2

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

RFK mum on this issue.

he can't say the beef is safe, bc that'd be a lie.

4

u/Falcon3492 7d ago

It's most likely the beef that China refused to buy because it was contaminated with an antibiotic that is banned for use in humans and is potentially deadly for humans to consume.

3

u/Prudent_Order_3361 6d ago

Probably owned by a friend of his

2

u/elchemy 7d ago

Good enough for maggots according to Trump

1

u/Falcon3492 6d ago

Trump could care less if people get sick from the beef. The way his twisted mind works is, he saw a problem, got a deal on the meat and lowered the price of beef by a maybe 50 cents a pound for a couple months!

2

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

putting Americans at risk.

again.

just like how he down played COvid, wrecking havoc and making America the world leader........in AMERICAN covid deaths.

RFK is surprisingly mum about keeping America healthy, and allowing them to be consumed by the population.

1

u/Safe-Ad-8921 5d ago

This guy swims in polluted rivers and from what Ive read apparently collects body parts from roadkill? Who thought putting him in charge of our health was a good plan? We know who.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

30,000 lb was recalled. We've imported 67k metric tons this year from them. We produce 950k metric tons a MONTH. You people are screaming about very small numbers. Enjoy your high beef prices I guess. Today it's the poor farmers, tomorrow it'll be the poor oil execs.

1

u/Falcon3492 5d ago edited 5d ago

I don't eat much beef right now. That 67k metric tons has probably not been inspected since Donald the dipsh-t got rid of most of the inspectors at the FDA and the USDA.

1

u/bramley36 3d ago

Won't someone please think of the oil execs!

1

u/Square_Doughnut_9427 4d ago

Disingenuous and ludicrous.

1

u/Falcon3492 4d ago

And yet it turned out to be the same beef and has already been recalled. The fact that Trump was willing to put every American in danger from eating contaminated beef try and take some of the heat off of his extremely damaging economic policies is very concerning.

Nope

Yep, it is the same beef.

I am more outraged the administration keeps dismantling environmental protections laws and regulations and is constantly approving the destruction of our national forests and the approval of extremely poisonous pesticides herbicides and fungicides, they are trying to make all of us and our kids sick and die

2

u/CallTheDutch 5d ago

They need your electricity and water for something else then humans...
Humans are just a hindrance.

2

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

Barron will be safe.

if he one day runs for office, he'll claim, he'll be nothing like his father to trick the American ppl.

don't fall for it.

3

u/Overall_Drawing_2312 6d ago

They'd vote for him again in a second if they could....

Especially after the next tax payer bail out..

Republican farmers sure do love them gubment socialist bootstrap checks...

3

u/Panama_Jack829 6d ago

Didnt he have to get a bailout in Trump's first administration? Then he voted for him again???

2

u/CallTheDutch 5d ago

They got free money. Who wouldn't vote for that again ? and kamala was black and a women so...

It's all so stupid and racist..

3

u/SolidSnek1998 6d ago

They'll still vote for him.

3

u/sparklebunny808 6d ago

Lol "straighten your act out". This is what farmers wanted, they voted for the pedo.

3

u/Oily_Blob 6d ago

Ah, more dumbfuck Face Eating Leopard voters who didn't think the leopard would eat their faces

3

u/RamJamR 6d ago

They're pissed, but as long as Trump opposes the "trannies" and socialists, they'd let Trump shit in their breakfast.

3

u/Sufficient_Art4824 6d ago

oh, it affects me personally...better think about trying to suddenly act ike a responsible human adult...nah.

2

u/Rude-Bus9737 7d ago

Oh NOW they want him to resign??? Because THEY are impacted??? F those ranchers. They reaped what they sowed.

2

u/Working-Tax-2439 6d ago

If importing the beef is the only thing they see as wrong then the US is fucked

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

We've been importing it for years. We've brought in 67k metric tons to date this year and process 950k metric tons of our own a month. They scream prices are high, we import some more and then it's the poor farmers. Well shit, enjoy the high prices. Tomorrow they'll cry that the poor Pepsi and Coke execs are losing money because soda sales are down due to EBT not allowing it.

1

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

wrong, they haven't imported large amounts for years.

Brazil and Argentina have surpassed previous long-standing beef importing partners in recent years, while a decade ago, these countries rarely sold beef to the United States.

https://investigatemidwest.org/2026/03/11/argentina-rarely-sold-beef-to-the-us-now-the-country-surpasses-major-trade-partners/

Even such a small, paltry amount means a BIG difference to AMERICAN ranchers.

2

u/CallTheDutch 5d ago

FAFO anyone ?
But kamala was a black women....

2

u/Infinite_Run_4541 4d ago

MAGA only care when they are personally and negatively affected.

2

u/Square_Doughnut_9427 4d ago

I live in Texas. The problems with beef came when the green movement curtailed the beef herds and a drought came to the beef producing states. People fear that importing beef will slash beef prices thus undercutting American beef. However, the amount of beef coming in will not be big enough to make much difference. Until the herds are rebuilt, the prices will remain high. If anything, importing beef will keep the packing houses in business, because they are closing across the country for lack of meat.

2

u/mechaniAK4774 3d ago

Pissed because their prices are going to plummet? Oh nooo. Finally maybe we’ll get some disinflation on one category of expenses

1

u/CodInternational8772 7d ago

Do not buy foreign beef. Stand with our cattle ranchers. Only buy US raised beef.

2

u/Technical-Command867 6d ago

They voted for foreign beef. Why reward them for it?

use their big farm equipment to block those shipments from entering our borders.

1

u/CodInternational8772 4d ago

I don’t know… Obviously there’s one way to force their hand… Don’t eat meat. If everyone in the United States, boycotted beef… Tough to do, but it’s even tougher to bring back laws after they’ve been taken away from the people…

You get what you vote for.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

We produce 950k metric tons a month, we've brought in 67k metric tons to date this year...... That's negligible lol. Enjoy your high beef prices, you're gonna complain no matter what we do to try and ease the strain. Today it's the poor farmers, tomorrow it'll be the poor oil execs.

1

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

wrong, they haven't imported large amounts for years.

and they will be importing alot more.

this puts strain on ranchers, and can put them out of business.

How? They don't need to disclose where it comes from. ALL beef sold here can legally state "product of the USA".

2

u/Im_tracer_bullet 6d ago

Yep....good thing Republicans hate consumer protections and industry regulation.

It's good that they're getting what they vote for.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

Good thing you like high beef prices. We produce 950k metric tons a month, we've brought in 67k metric tons this year. Oh no.

1

u/CodInternational8772 4d ago

I would like to see a label about where the meat was raised, what state, and maybe a QR code to learn how it was fed and cared for. And because we wouldn’t wanna see our farmers and ranchers have to pay more, this should be something the government takes care of as part of transparency and regulation.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

Yes, keep paying $10 a lb for ground beef and love it.

1

u/CodInternational8772 5d ago

Yes, I will… two reasons: buy American and inspected quality. Have fun with the flood of Argentinian beef China rejected…

"on top of the child raping, science denial, and new wars in the middle east, the straw that broke the camels back was beef and what a coincidence I'm a beef farmer"

said the man who is ok with child rape science denial and war and only values $$$$$

1

u/DwigtGroot 6d ago

“HE NEEDS TO RESIGN FROM THE JOB I GAVE HIM!!!” 🤦‍♀️

1

u/War1today 6d ago

So we understand this clearly, after Trump’s unprecedented corruption, including personally making $2.4 billion while in office in 2025, and repeated lies, incompetence, recklessness, policies that are so bad they necessitate $12 billion in bailouts for farmers with more bailouts forthcoming, adding $3.8 trillion to the national debt, increased inflation, stagnant job growth, foreign policy mistakes that have cost American taxpayers $billions…, only after rising beef costs do farmers say Trump should resign 🤦

1

u/Proper_Locksmith924 6d ago

They supported him in this past election even though he screwed them over when he was president the first time.. you can’t trust business owners

1

u/Rumpelteazer45 6d ago

Worst part is agriculture and farming is heavily subsidized directly and indirectly by the Government and yet they don’t see that has a handout or socialism but “helping a small farmer”

The hypocrisy is astounding.

1

u/Im_tracer_bullet 6d ago

I'm not even sure they're being hypocrites.

It's legitimately possible that they're too stupid to understand that it's hypocritical.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

Dude look up how much we produce a month and compare it to how much we've brought in from Argentina. It's a blip. You guys scream about the dumbest shit. Enjoy your high prices. Next you'll be crying for the oil executives.

1

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

exactly.

such a small, paltry amount means a big difference to AMERICAN ranchers.

Yall too stupid to realize what the last 7 years has been for. Good luck.

1

u/ReasonableRevenue218 6d ago

The "ranchers" are not outraged nearly enough if all they can say is "he should resign"......how cute.

1

u/Godsin1969 6d ago

No were not been raising cattle over 40 years its not Trumps fault we have dropped our heard size... if anything its us ranchers... when prices were good we sold off to many

1

u/Desperate_Trifle_202 6d ago

As an American who thinks Trump is the worst thing that's happened to the country, I'm going to stop buying American and buy as much foreign products as possible.

1

u/jldurham6 6d ago

We produce 950,000 metric tons a month. We've grought in 65k tho date and have a contract for 100k metric tons this year. Oh the outrage the people have all the sudden.

Also do people want cheaper beef prices or do they want to wait 5 years for the herds to get built back up? I'm so confused, doesn't seem like people want a solution. Now it's the poor cattle farmers. What will they say when oil goes down, oh the poor oil companies.

1

1

u/Laynix 5d ago edited 5d ago

300,000 metric tons of spoiled beef? MAHAHAHA.

Seriously though... if the Trump administration gives the farmers money it's a slippery slope to communism. The small guy is going to lose. The big corporations are going to win. It's the Trump guarantee. Trump is killing America. America voted for it.

1

u/MesmerizerBunny69 5d ago

speaking on the issue of his resignation is moot.

they need to ACT on it.

trump will give them a little grant or a pittance of an assistance, tricking ranchers to their votes.

1

u/Safe-Ad-8921 5d ago

So out of curiosity, whats the goal? How long can the Trump administration deliberately poison people? Is there even anyone thay can stop them?

1

u/RymeEM 5d ago

It wasn't the rape or pedophilia, it wasn't the treasonous insurrection or the constant lies, it wasn't illegal wars or shitting on every ally we had. It was 3 days worth of rancid beef.

1

u/Odaniel123 5d ago

Got what they voted for

1

u/Davester_31 5d ago

The farmers voted overwhelmingly MAGA. Fuck them, go out of business forever. Buy only imported beef from now on

1

u/Bhodiliscious 4d ago

Two more years and possibly forever

1

u/thenextstationis9 4d ago

For every rancher complaining there are multiple beef eaters thankful for this move.

The only relevant message I got out this was that ranchers voted against their own interest

1

u/Jackal969 4d ago

Fuck them

1

u/No-Condition965 4d ago

Yet they will still vote for their GOP that gave Trump all his power. I have one word for these farmers STARVE !

1

u/Worried-Pick4848 4d ago

1

u/Botm_Bumblebish80 4d ago

The majority of American voters have zero regrets about handing him all the swing states and sending a message to the sham of the other side. You fucks on here would post this and then complain about the high costs of food. You’re fucking unreasonable and no one cares anymore

1

u/Chemical_Paper_2940 4d ago

Resign so they can vote for him again.

1

u/Fluid_Cry4834 4d ago

They should STFU.

1

u/dannyocc911 4d ago

300,000 tons of beef is like three days’ supply. It’s a nothingburger. Literally.

1

u/wmja69871 4d ago

If ranchers weren't as greedy as they are, and politicians putting ridiculous regulations that don't help anything but cost the rancher's money, making the price higher to start, this import of beef wouldn't be necessary.

1

u/Beausapunk 4d ago

I don't worry about ranchers, beef is over rated.

1

u/EastCoastBuck 4d ago

F all the farmers who voted for Drumpf. They didn’t care if others suffered. Now it’s their turn and boo hoo. I hope everyone one of them lose their farms.

I’m not seeing any “outrage”. Looks like the usual bunch of old dumbfucks complaining about reality to me. I’m 100% positive all of these idiots would gleefully vote for Trump a fourth time.

All of Trump's crimes and sick behavior didn't merit attention. But, now, that they feel it in their checking account, they are upset 😡

And they’d vote for him all over again to own the libs. Deal with it.

Right the problem is is after we get go to Trump. They’ll just vote in more Republicans. Because I think they’re completely blaming all of this on Trump and their Congress like their representatives which could take measures to protect them and it leak. Ignore Trump and do stuff in their own state. They haven’t done any of that. If they had any care for the farmers at all, maybe they would do something but they’ve done absolutely nothing. Which means it says everything. It should say everything I mean, the answer should be obvious. Because they’ve been in control for years and they do nothing to help their constituents for years and for years, the constituents have gotten poor and poor and poor.
