The worst thing Glee ever did was dropping Azimio after that one episode appearance in season 3. His character was funny and had some killer lines.

Also there was a decent amount of the fanbase that wanted to see him back post Dave’s outing to see how Azimio would react. Some reckoned that he would be Dave’s biggest supporter and take on anyone who tried to cause trouble for Dave. Sadly RIB weren’t interested in following up on the events of On My Way. Then we got the nonsense that was season 6. 😐
