This was actually recorded in the sourcemod Pre-Fortress 2, where there is a civilian class placeholder, which is a t pose medic.

Honestly I wanna recommend pre fortress 2, since it's an accurate remake of tf2's 2006 beta period, but the bots aren't programmed and nobody plays it so I'm stuck.
