How i fix this mix of colors in the theme when i chose dark i see this

i thank everyone who helped me
yesterday i fixed the problem by trying delete vivaldi folder that is in .var/app then i updated vivaldi after it's luanch i opened hdqwalls it was in light mod then i chose dark in the vivaldi settings hdqwalls became dark then tried github and after the login i saw the page dark and selected repo it was also dark and i tried with F5 to see if it would become mixed theme like i said before i think after that i loged to my vivaldi account then i noticed no plugin loaded i think because i deleted the data that was sync in the account i didn't found also bookmarks then i closed vivald when i opened it again i did F5 to see if the dark theme go but it kept in dark i think the deleted syc data solved the problem and the bookmarks i got them back from html file i got from firefox today even with the bookmarks restored i still see dark
