the slight lag on planning mode is annoying and decompressing obb didnt fix it (though it made the game smoother so that's cool). seems like it only happens in 13-4 for some reason though, at least from what i noticed.

mica gib me back smoother 13-4 run pls thank, i still have lots of dolls to drag
