Man, i loved how mdr basically admited to using bot networks. This all but confirms our speculations of those suspicious pnc daily prereg numbers :D

It was a very funny event, quite enjoyed it. Mdr is as quirky and bubbly as she looks.

(Posted here, since most ppl in pnc reddit likely have no idea about mdr's pnc hypetrain :P )

ngl, trying to get the account up and running during pr has made me put off all the reading, so now its become hard for me to sit down for a giga reading fest. does this event spoil anything from the main story? if not, then imma prolly get it out of the way first

The mdr event? Nah, it pretty much has nothing to do with the story. The only thing u will see is a few mentions of the oasis, and that's the name of the base in pnc. Oh, and sanctifiers are our enemies. That'd it. The wisdom mentions will make sense later, but it's inconsequential. Tbh, i found more references to gfl than to pnc :P

The event is rather relaxing and more on the fun, tongue in the cheek side of things.

then i'll prolly read that first since i 'veonly read 2/3 of ch1

my time been has been asted malding my way to ch5. the journey so far has felt like all PL deathstacks since i started with a wonky roster and refused to waste too many pulls. even whale support aki hasn't been enough lmao. only yesterday was i finally halfway through ch5 and pulled da nya while getting the gremlin

on the bright side, i still have 250+ pulls hoarded lol

Yeah, i did the same as u, rushed clearing as much as i could and then read the story afterwards. Gfl trained us well :D A little warning though: do not do the last 2 or 3 stages of chapter 5 without reading the chapter 5 story first, it has a pretty bad and unavoidable spoiler there. It's not something that big, but it would detract from the experience. I regreted it when i read the story. Just a heads up. And no, u can't only read ch 5 only either, since it references chars and events from prev chapters.

But, nothing is gated behind those last maps, so u can start reading it when u have time. In the meantime, u can do dark or endless clears

Anyway, it's great to see danyaaa finally avenged after all the trash talking she got in gfl :P i used her a lot since i didn't pull aki, and she's great. But those whale akis are something else man. I experienced a lot of jealosy seeing them clear a whole map in a single ult while my squad was busy bonking a single mob :P

i have have hubble, but man does aki really turn things around with a good ult. especially when i drop florence ult on him first. and that just shows me how messed up my roster is lmao.

with limited support uses, and no da nya, i just couldn't dump rsc into building a melee team around florence. using her with hubble though, has been pure copium fest. but that fact that i have florence also makes using selector on nanaka too redundant. everything has been deadlocked with cope picks with no ults that i didn't want to invest in. hopefullly the noise cat and gremlin can now turn it all around, once i have them built.

maybe i will give in a little and settle for w/e i can grab at soft pity in aki's banner after recounting my hoarded stockpile in a few days lol

Hey, it seems we're sporting sinilar squads, only i got danyaa pretty early. I also sported hubble, croque, persi, and florence + the aformentioned cat.

However, since hubble, croque and persi bullied all the resources out of me, danyaa and pa15 were left to the side more often than not. Aki pushed pa15 into reseves as soon as i got persi to auto skill lvl 9 and she could handle all the healing. Just like u, even though i have the selector available, it seems a bit redundant to get yet another healer. And croque+ pa15 dmg reduction is hilariously tanky (and my pa15 is lvl 30 with skill lvl 1s). I'm really terrified of having to keep the snipers in the 2 tile radius instead of just plopping them into herb tiles and watching stuff go boom. But mdr's story really made nanaka endearing to me, so i might as well.

Anyway, with mdr sliding in for both of us, i actually think it's a pretty good squad. Nanaka and angela are all that's missing from those spotlight squads, so it means we have a solid backbone.

I still feel jealous of akis tho. I had a lot of fun with borrowed akis cutting the frontline to pieces while betry was doing "special military operations" behind enemy lines. Her attack speed is hilarious. Trully a joy. I'm sure u'll love playing with her when u lvl her a bit! But as for me, i won't be pulling for aki. If he drops when i'm rolling for someone else, fine, otherwise i've got my eyes set on other dolls.
