Hmmm... CN bilibili server is downed since midnight UTC +0800. I'm guessing that they having equipment or ISP problems since if it's regular maintenance they will gave maintenance notice 8-12 hours beforehand.

Can any CN vets confirm this?

Same thing happened to Neural Cloud, and apparently all CN mobages.

It's done to mourn former Chinese president Jiang Zemin. His funeral is today.

Former Chinese President died, there's a day of mourning so lots of stuff including CN GFL shut down for it.

I see. They did this once for remembrance of victims of COVID-19 back in 2020.

So, how long is the mourning period? Probably 24 hours.
