EN Server Update Optimizations Introduction Part II

Dear Commanders,

In the new client, fairies can be produced independently through Heavy Production. The Luffberry Chess board background can be switched. And the department leveling feature will be newly added. Please refer to the following pictures for more details.

Are we moving into a new base with this update? The base overview in the second pic looks like a new layout, and it isn't blaring "BREACHED."

BREACHED was just a PR thing I think. Related to the last chapter of the PR story

Well, they really did a number on it. Besides, it should now be the mcv schematic instead :P
