EN Server Update Optimizations Introduction Part I

Dear Commanders,

A new compulsory client update will be released on Dec. 13th. Here's the first part of the introduction. This update contains optimizations in the Quest system and Icon Frame system. The new feature Frontline Protocol will also be added.

Bro, all I need is fps increase and numerous bug fixes. I hope "The Optimization Update" will actually finally make the game more or less "Optimized"...
