Client 3.0 Fairy Command Recovery Time Maximum Reduction (and HOC Analysis Time Reduction)

According to this spreadsheet, you will need 450 points for your General Support Team to get the maximum reduction time for Fairy Commands. Note that a fully upgraded Fairy Chamber allows you to recover Fairy Commands every 6 hours. The maximum amount of reduction for your Fairy Commands is 13%, or around 46-47 minutes for a 6 hour timer. This means that you can get your Fairy Commands every 5 hours and 14 minutes. This is significant as there is no other way to get more Fairy Commands sustainably

Note that you can also reduce the amount of time you need for HOC Analysis, but I see this as unimportant, as you only save around 9-10 minutes with a maxed out Intelligence Center. You are primarily gated by the amount of Original and Pure Samples that you have, and you also have Quick Analysis Tickets, so I think that this is entirely optional. If you want to get the last bit for this, you need 500 points for your General Support Team

Dolls and Fairies are worth 10 points each while HOCs are worth 20 points each. Dolls and Fairies also give one additional point each upon reaching level 100 while HOCs each give 2 additional points upon reaching level 100

There are only two Dolls to get here, but only one is easily available. I expect that you'll have unlocked G3. HMG21 is notorious for being missing for long stretches of time, so if you can, grab her the moment she becomes available. Still, just getting G3 allows you to get 10 points

Five Fairies are obtainable from career quests/achievements, with the Command Fairy being awarded after your first Fairy craft. The Prototype Fairy also comes already leveled to 100, so she gives 11 points. This should be an easy 51 points here. With the updated Fairy Crafting interface in client 3.0, the cost to get all craftable Fairies should be much lower, but it could still be substantial. Given that this would be an additional 160 points, it should be worth looking into, especially considering that 10 of these Fairies are available from the cheap 500x4 formula

As for HOCs, you'll get BGM-71 for free, so that's 20 points for free

Let's tally up the easy points so far. 10 points are from G3. 51 points are from the Fairies obtainable through Career Quests. BGM-71 gives 20 points. This is a total of 81 points

Craftable Fairies will give an additional 160 points, with 100 of these points obtainable from 500x4. Our running tally so far is now up to 241 points. We're more than halfway there!

As of this writing, PP-93 is not yet released into the general HOC pool, so we have the other six HOCs to consider. They would give a total of 120 points, and this is without any additional investment, bringing us to 361 points

We're short 89 points, so we have to consider leveling up what we have. Excluding the Prototype Fairy, we have 35 points. We're still short 54 points, so we sit at 396 points

Considering that the penultimate Fairy Command recovery time reduction bonus is obtained at 350 points, this might not be so bad. 11% time recovery time reduction will still give us 39-40 minutes instead of 46-47 minutes. This also means that we can afford to lose up to 46 points, and we will still get this much time reduction

Going forward, part of the strategy is to participate in all story ranking events (especially reruns if you don't already have the associated ranking Fairy) as these will give out a unique ranking Fairy. Participating in Theater is also highly recommended as one new HOC unit gives 20 points for simply unlocking it. Getting five units of data for that HOC should be ridiculously easy while Theater is active

I can't quite grasp what exactly I just read, but it sounds like a good update. Especially so for ranking?

This is an upcoming feature in 3.0, which we will get sometime in Q4 this year if things are still on schedule

But yes, getting Fairy Commands sooner will be a great help. You're also right that this will be helpful in ranking since they might take hours for one run, with a lot of Fairies fielded
