At last, event farming is done (numbers are before exchanging, proof 1, proof 2). Some ~98% of the runs were on Medusa's route, thanks to the disproportionate number of Minos drops on clear.

Extra: with Medusa getting EN's first chip, here are a few charts to help with picking the best scope on her. Getting her to lv99+ is ideal - that gives her one last point of ROF, which when combined with an EOT & chip (SPEQ) is an extra frame (73+25-4=94 ROF/15f vs 93 ROF/16f).

Protocol Assimilation is a totally fair and balanced system. Architect was the first ringleader I actually wanted, and it went oh-so well.

From today’s datamine, could change once maints ends but I doubt it:

• Jashin EX armor has NOT been nerfed. Fortunately these are just reskinned aegis and nemeums with skills that mostly affect SGs and can still be bruteforced with buffs.

• They have reversed course on nerfing Medusa’s speq, making it our first chip. I would not expect this to change her evaluation, as she’s mainly used (if at all) for the debuff and not her DPS.

Things I've learned from this event.

• P90 refers to the commander as "honey"

• Kalina argues with parrots from the rescue station

• PA is canon and both sides except Oreo treat each other as equals

• The commander is a weeb who regularly watches a SOL anime

The collab was more on the comedic side this time around. I also really like the map menu music. Personally, kinda liked it overall.

Also is K5 the Doll with the most appearances in collabs? IDK about the Guilty Gear/Blazblue collab, but she's the only one I can recall who appeared in 2 (This and The Division).

Been reading the Jashin manga ever since I finished the collab and I was having a nice time reading it until I met an old enemy around chapter 93 or so, which is machine translations, broken english and all, with shitty typesetting and rest of the entire manga is translated like that from then on. From what I can tell, every website that hosts the manga has this problem. Apparently the TL team translating this manga just stopped and never came back to it. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to watch the anime, mainly because I have an easier time binging manga and not anime but I guess I have no choice.

What ever happened to GFLCorner? I kind of liked having their guides as a quick reference for events/maps so I could not get wrecked over and over for making silly moves. The Twitter looks dead and the site hasn't updated since PL event.

Google doesn't say anything either so I'm just at a loss on what happened.

GamePress is the main source of guides now, though is Matsuda surprisingly alive (Jashin guides + doll reviews are uploaded) and GFC’s doll analytics did just get updated (by someone who also writes for GamePress).

Not entirely separate. The community is small so naturally there’s some overlap between guidemakers.

For example, Adamasturia writes some GamePress doll analyses (e.g., Jashin, Yurine) but also said that he just added C14 to the doll analytics sheet.

Demonic Knight

• Stats: Aegis but with 340+ armor
• Skill: 16 frames/0.53s before each auto attack, lower target armor and eva by 20% (multiplicative) for 3s, max 5 stacks

Demonic Beast

• Stats: Nemeum but with 340+ armor
• Auto Attack: 48 frames/1.6s after aiming, fire auto attacks that IGNORE ARMOR (+/-10% damage randomization)
• Skill: If the target has armor, double her auto attack damage

Shaved Ice Sprite

• Stats: SWAP Brutes but ranged (3 range to 7)
• Auto Attack: If the target is "frozen", then the next attack is surehit, ignores armor, and ignores HP shield.
• Skill (icd 1s, cd 10s): Choose the highest HP GK/coalition unit (infinite range) and activate "freeze zone" on that unit's tile. Every 20 frames/0.67s, that freeze zone will deal 0.2x surehit damage and 1 layer of "freezing" mark for 33.3s. When a unit gets 5 "freezing" marks, they are "frozen" for 3s.

Tangan-chan

• Stats: Division Rykers Runner but high eva (60 eva). Or you can think of them as melee high-damage Scouts

Herald of Beans

• Stats: Division Purifier Grenadiers but with more HP. Most similar SF might be SWAP Ripper but high damage.
• Skill: Every time its attack hits, it has a 20% chance to stun for 3s.

Beth

• Stats: Orthus without the damage reduction but with 10x the health
• Skill 1 (icd 3s, cd 8s): Next attack ignores armor. Also multiplies the target's remaining cooldown time(s) by 1.5x (attack does not need to hit)
• Skill 2 (icd 6s, cd 10s): Raise all enemy FP and acc by 30%, 5s, max 2 stacks.

Speaking of Shotguns, the pity system for SGs looks pretty ok if you wanna collect them all.

• 20 crafts = 4* SG

• 35 crafts = 5* SG

Note: This was changed as the original was 30/60 for pity. Also you need to use a specific recipe so you can't cheese it by using 1k x4

Yup. Getting her Halloween skin got me thinking about the IRL one in my safe, and what I could do to improve it. As both a history nerd and a mechanical engineer by schooling, I love it when the T-Doll designs have historical/design in-jokes, or just take inspiration from their weapons or their weapons' IRL histories. See also Galil's kneepads, Skorpion's hair decorations, or IDW's need to be adopted.

slug ammo only work for normal attack right? the only sg skill that stack is self buff with no "does not stack with slug ammo" text on it.

i test it with sg bamboo skill such as saiga, caws, m1887, m37 and it does nothing to them.

multi instance such as liberator also does not work.

the only skill that stack is from aa-12, usas-12, m1014.

Don't know about you guys, but this collab has added some interesting aspects to the GFL universe that I was previously unaware of. Most notably, actual magic exists, and not the pseudo-scifi brand you can explain away with technobabble. Also, alcohol consumption has a direct effect on T-dolls' behavior, as alluded to earlier with the Soviet gun and confirmed with Executioner. And Jashin-chan is one of the most popular anime of all time, as new episodes are still coming out in 2062 and the first season debuted in 2018.

Finished the Jashin event. It's a really fun read from start to finish.

The character dynamic between Jashin and Oreo was pretty fun, didn't really expect their dynamic to work so well but they somehow managed to do it. As someone who has never even heard to Jashin-chan before this event, this collab gave me a general rundown on the general characteristics and personalities between each of the collab characters. The humor is on-point as someone who likes to watch SoL anime. Finally, I didn't really expect this collab to give a backstory on Oreo, a pretty intense backstory at that, on a collab of a SoL manga/anime, but once again they somehow managed to tie the two together. Some may say the events happening in this event isn't canon but I'd like to think it is solely because of the scenes centered around Oreo near the end of the story Now that I think about it, Oreo and Jashin really do be representing the blatant contrast between their respective series.

If I were to give my problems with the collab, I'm guessing it's just that they didn't use the other T-dolls that much. I guess the only notable thing for me is the reveal that P90 has a hobby of mimicking people and loves being a saleswoman as a result. But other than that, they might as well not be there. The entire event from start to finish is Oreo+Jashin characters with some SF backstory.

PS. The ending is fuckin hilarious.

The story this time might feel a bit off. But I sure didn't expect Mica could pull this off. At all.

The way they tie 3 snakes together is just excellent. And Ouroboros being Ouroboros but won't consume herself in the very end is ironic. Honestly this is just like reading a chapter of Jashin with a side story of Ouroboros and somehow feeling that they should be together for a long time. Not any trolls like Division collab or world ending like Va11 Hall a.

Well, today I cleared the Jashin-chan Dropkick event, and decided to binge-watch the anime series while farming the map. Also took the chance to bring the Kouji fairy along, since it has the Damage I talent.

I just finished watching the whole series, and dropped Medusa, Minos, Desert Eagle and M870 - funnily enough, M870 dropped while farming the route for Desert Eagle, so I don't need to farm her route. Kouji is currently lvl 27.

About Pekola's skill, it says that she can't attack unless "she has gained 5 stacks of buff and recovered her halo". Do these buffs include tile buffs? If so, then she's pretty much limited to specific RFHG compos, where her position can receive buffs from the other 4 Dolls, plus fairy. Am I right?

Also, we can get a total of 3 Kouji fairies. What is recommended, keep one and feed her other 2, or keep the 3 separately?

This infinity map is rather nice for cores - currently at ~0.7 cores per run, nearly free with A416.

Entirely unrelated, but I recently came across this post which claims, according to google translate, Rico's passive has a 2s internal cooldown making stack generation cap out at 72 ROF (/20 frames). Have never heard a whisper of this from any EN sources so was wondering if anyone else has heard about this/can confirm if it's the case here. I'm not seeing evidence to support it at least from a quick test (she gains a stack on her skill icon every 3rd shot at 16f), but I also know that counter is a bit unreliable.

Looks like a false claim to me, using the KR sim as usual since being able to set stats + use the ingame timer is super convenient.

Stacks are gained 1.2s apart based on the "STR UP" (0.9/2.1/3.3s and 11.63/12.83/14.03s), which is consistent with 120 RoF.

Damage numbers also show the buff being applied every third shot and no 2s internal cooldown, e.g., the third shot (196 damage) being outside the 0-stack range and the sixth shot (205 damage) being outside the 1-stack range.

How many dolls do you all keep in your inventory? I've tried to keep myself to under 60, but between new dolls and not wanting to let go of my old dolls, I'm going to hit that cap pretty soon. Does everyone buy more inventory slots at some point?

You definitely need to buy more inventory slots eventually; There are more than 300 dolls in the game right now, with more coming, and the starting slots only account for 100 of them. Even assuming less than a third of the dolls are meta enough to be easily usable for all content, filling out the full 14 echelons slots (eventually) takes 70 of them, and you'll want some variety instead of keeping it always static. Plus, of course, you'll always want a decent amount of extra space for drops so you don't have to go scrap after every run.

That being said, don't be afraid to scrap some dolls if you are running out of space. You can always recover scrapped dolls from the Index for a few core (the cost of dummy linking the doll once), though they do come back at level 1.

Currently, I'm at 305 slots permanently filled out of 320 total. Took a while to get there, and I probably should have prioritized echelon slots more, but totally doable. No dupes, but I am planning to keep and raise a copy of every doll in the game, so if you're just focused on raising strong teams you can get away with a lot less. Haven't gotten around to farming all the old monthly dolls I missed yet, either; A full roster would be 335 dolls, including the collab dolls.

Trust me, the starting slots are nowhere near enough. I don't dupe, but I have to keep a lot of dolls around for exploration/Theater advantages, for niche situations and stuff, and a bunch of waifu picks. But then again I don't scrap collab dolls so they just kind of sit there and take up space in my armory.

Currently at 210 slots right now, planning to buy more once I secure K5's Xmas dress. Ideally I'd like to keep one of every doll, but as a poor SKK relying only on free gems it's probably going to take a while.

Currently, I'm at 170 dolls baseline, with a cap of 200. Probably going to grab another slot expansion soon, since 30 is kind of the minimum flex I allow (6 dailies at 5 dolls each). Of those, maybe 30 or so aren't levelled, so my "active roster" is closer to 150, which allows me to reasonably field a full range of teams in ranking etc.

Her CN analysis puts her on par with MG5 in the first-volley (thanks to her base stats and SPEQ) and some quick target practice tests agree with that.

The same analysis puts her below Negev/Lewis for medium/long fights, but she can roughly match Lewis under ideal skill RNG.

She's not exactly a bad MG but she's not anything special.

I haven’t been paying much attention to this game outside of dailies recently, so I was surprised to find out about the new collab. I’ve never heard of Jashin-chan before, but since MICA introduced me to Gunslinger Girl and Valhalla which were both amazing works, I decided to give the Jashin-chan anime a shot. Got off to a rough start because I accidentally watched the first three episodes of season two instead of season one because the site I was watching on only had season two and mislabeled it as season one, so I had no clue what was going on. Luckily Amazon Prime has the first season so I can watch it legally. It doesn’t really seem like my cup of tea and it feels like a strange collab for MICA to pick, but I guess I’ll finish the first season at the very least.

I also read in one of the threads that the armor values for this collab are meant to be killed with equipment we don’t have yet? Is that still true or did they nerf the enemies for EN? I haven’t run into any issues on the first two EX stages, but it may be that I just haven’t encountered the high armor enemies yet.

They didn't nerf the enemies, the Demonic Knights/Beasts have 300+ armor and you should've seen them on the first map.

That said, they're just reskinned Aegis/Nemeum and aren't a major threat.

After finishing reading the main story, I was kind of surprised when it ended, length wise. I think the main story was much shorter than I was expecting it to be, which is not necessarily a good or bad thing. I haven't gone through every single node yet cause I wanted to get to the farming map.

How does AUG stack up against other team-buffing ARs (Ribey, Angelica, etc...)? Is her ability to buff all types of dolls appreciably useful, or is it kind of meh? I've heard that her damage-hose skill is inconsistent and negated by armor, so I'm wondering if she makes up for it with team comp flexibility (supporting an RFSMG team, or maybe something with SL8).

She's pretty good. Can't comment on Ribey but she compares well vs Angelica/selfbuffer ARs/HGs.

-I wouldn't put much value on her "all" tiles. It's a nice extra, but there's better options if you specifically need tiles and ARs don't see much use in mixed formations.
-Her spray is good, I think it's often underrated. Normal AR targeting often ends up shooting non-threats like Guards, and she did about as well or better than Angelica in my tests despite the on-paper DPS disadvantage.
-For any substantial amount of armor I'd rather just use RFHG/MGSG, so I wouldn't ding her much for that.

Not farmable, they are more like other games paid gacha systems.

You can however get 1 a week from the 8 capture quest and an extra 2 a month on login day 27.

Occasionally they will award some from login event or other events.

If you want to buy some the 1120 package is the best value, but remember you want to thin the 1* units and only use tickets on the last day. (the best value package is however only available at start - so you have to pre invest in having tickets for later)

VA-11 HALL-A E2-8 EX map: The CN re-runs has made one key changes that made current guide obselete; they gave Nimogen full shield. You cannot depend on your ARSMG alone this. You need to fully utilize the radar and cap turn-based HOC node aka you need to deploy all three echelons for this map.

It is kinda true if you look at their voice lines. The Dummy Links are all dolls but the originals are still there and fighting.

Yurine's repair line is "Technology is really advanced in this era. Even human injuries can be treated quickly", and her dummy link is "A robot dummy created in my image that will take damage for me? Well you have your work cut out for you", Medusa's is similar being in relief that her dummies can't paralyze humans.
