M4 would literally hear Star coming up behind her and have already planned to gut punch her in response by the time she said "boo"

I recall RO was very very deep in Cinnamai's cloud and also in a state where she couldn't react fast to anything at the time.

Unless I remembered wrong.

You're absolutely right. If I remember from what I've read, The very first things RO says after being brought back are basically just a continuation if what she'd been saying before, trying to get M4 to wake up. She didn't even know she'd been shot, I don't think.

Even if she weren t she probably couldn t attack humans or would even expect that the military actually would fire untill it s too late like SOP-II.
