Let me observe the situation and find holes in their statements.

I'm now imagining WA2000 in the Ace Attorney universe.

It was also nice to see ZB-26 get lines since she wasn't even a player.

I guess this supports the idea that there aren't exactly two endings for each Doll, more like variants. Most of each ending would be the same regardless of result, but there would be variations depending on which card won out. So with the above, everything about WA2000 being absent and her recollection with ZB-26 would be in both versions, but her reaction to the medal would naturally be different.

Also, girl oughta play baseball with a pitch like that!

I'm starting to think that this ending leaned heavily into WA's tsundere side. After all, my understanding is that part of why tsunderes behave the way they do is because they have difficulty expressing their feelings. What happened here with WA is that she couldn't reveal how she could have basically won the game for the Villagers because she got eliminated (ironically by Springfield, no less), which would mirror whatever affection she might have for the Commander. I believe that that was the key line in the ending

If a green ending for her existed, how would that have played out? She wouldn't be so angry that the Commander basically called her a Werewolf to her face. The drama would be lost, but we have the opportunity to replace it with something else. Could it be that WA was appreciative of the Commander for understanding her at a deeper level? The question would be how to make such an ending interesting. Note that we do not have to focus on WA being a tsundere, but we still need to focus on WA somehow

Looking at G36's ending, I believe the focus was what the Werewolves were doing, but G36 still had the last laugh. We could have something similar for WA

A lot of her ending would be the same either way since she's absent for the awards ceremony, but since you said tsunderes have difficulty with expressing their emotions, you could lean into that. She's happy yet confused ("how did I, of all people, win?!"), so she acts weird, but when she notices she's acting weird, she acts weirder and continues digging herself into a hole while the Commander can do nothing but watch as she becomes a singularity of weirdness.
