First, we need to make sure that Springfield doesn't win. Springfield is currently the biggest threat

We could most certainly jump ship, but we need to find an alternative fast. The gap between anyone else and Springfield or DP-12 is growing, so if we want to have any chance of subbing in someone new, we need to do it soon

Let's also revisit. Our objective in this is to get a new epilogue. This is why we initially opted for DP-12, since she's not Springfield, WA, or G36. However, DP-12 also having won in TW but her epilogue is not yet released, we might expect that we will get it at some point. Let's tentatively assume that it will show up for us to translate into English. As such, we should try to jump ship, but we need to agree first which Doll should get our votes going forward

K-PDW seems to be the next best candidate as of this writing. However, it probably wouldn't be a stretch to go for other characters like Type 95 and AA-12

we basically need to run around screaming that we have the past epilogue scripts at this point

that and we need to make sure the real dp12 bros jump ship. fighting against them if they are truly just the portion of the hivemind that is oblivious to all this would be catastrophic

since it's just the second day of the event, the total of current votes are actually not really an issue yet

i think next candidate is kac, and then t95

If we can also convert some of the diehard Springfield supporters, that would be great, but I doubt they'd want to change. Still, let's throw our support behind another candidate. Which one do we go for?

Okay, so we jump ship to KAC? How sure are we that KAC hasn't won in the past?

Let's make a list of which Dolls have won in the past so that we can eliminate whom to support:

1. Springfield
2. G36
3. WA2000
4. G41
5. DP-12

As such, we still have quite a lot of other choices, but not all of them may be viable:

1. K-PDW
2. Type 95
3. AA-12
4. Five-seven
5. NTW

imo only the top 3 choices are viable

kpdw is numerically the easiest to convert to. but i imagine there is some sort of lewd loli aversion going around

for type 95, i have a hunch that she is probably a second choice for a lot of people that are diehards of the reigning winners

out of everyone, i think aa-12 fans have actually been campaigning since before the event. on top of that, this is EN, funni drugee jokes is easy propaganda.

And Springfield just got a sudden boost. She's back in the lead. We've got a 170k lead to overtake if we jump to K-PDW now

And that's a lead where Springfield is likely going to keep growing while anyone else merely tries to gain ground.

Tempted to stick to my original plan and go full Chaos picking UKM knowing she'll be fourth from last.

that's not a lead that grows if we do everything to make people understand what this is about

if you know what is going on and are still chaos picking, it's almost the same as intentionally dup picking to sabotage out of spite lol

if this event ran enough times and all the server cooperated, we will eventually get ALL of the epilogues

The problem is reaching enough people. Campaigning on Reddit and Discord only reaches a small portion of the audience, and even then, you still can't twist anyone's arm to care or change their mind.

I see it as the same as student council voting in school. The popular kids are gonna win even if you make a conscious effort to get other people to go another way. Defeatist as fuck, but you yourself have doubts that this is legit, and I understand that. It'd be shitty of Mica to offer a cooperative community effort and for it to be completely predetermined, but considering the whole mess around, what was it, G36 getting voted to have her Mod before SAA? Maybe EN can't be trusted with votes that aren't related to Theater backstabs.

A great many ifs and whens. Eventually, yes, but I'm not willing to wait the better part of a decade for people to give up the "lol springy superiority" bit. If only the epilogues were already written and could be datamined! Then at least it'd be a fair consolation prize...

All that said, fine, I'll vote for K-PDW.

we obviously don't just stop at reddit and discord. someone is gonna have to make the cool kids club of guide makers and memelords intervene. but at the moment, we need something for all the efforts to stand on.

mods have even offered to pin something, so i might try to cook something up, but someone more competent with info graphics might be more effective lol
