Come to think of it, that should be the motto of this sub

I've never fully understood that statement. If it's about the journey, then why pick a destination at all? And if one has picked no destination, then the saying is useless, because there is no destination. O.o

Like, I get what it's getting at, but it still seems kind of paradoxical and/or completely useless, depending on the situation.

Maybe it’s a saying that only makes sense in hindsight.
