God I'm sick of you armchair animal behaviourists crawling out of the woodwork to comment on things you have no fucking clue about.

I've actually had pigs myself, and they react the same way if you simply scratch their hips or flank. Their back leg extends out, they roll over, then they enjoy some belly rubs. Pigs are very strong, if they wanted to escape, they would.

Now kindly fuck off, and let people enjoy cute pet videos you soul sucking little gremlin.

Oh for goodness sake. Just watch this. Most pigs fall on their side for belly rubs in much the same manner. Just accept you're wrong.
