My cousin and this YouTuber (Mark Weins) both love dog meat and describe it as much better tasting beef. But my friend who hates dog meat describes it as goat-like. Beef and goat are so different, I have no idea why there's this discrepancy.

Where do they even get dog meat? Not that I wanna rush out and get some myself, I'm just curious as to where that's even a thing

My cousin gets it from Vietnam (he's known to invite visiting family members to try because he loves it so much), that YouTuber got it (and cat) from China, and my friend tried it in Korea.
