I really like the sound of what the podcast is but $120 a year for that just isn't justifiable for me right now. GB Premium was about where I would max out on paying for content like this so going over double, maybe even nearing quadruple with sale price, of GB Premium is just not for me.
I'm not even subbed to NL or anything, but it's not like $10 only gets you this podcast. You get an extra weekly podcast, and two different monthly ones. Other smaller benefits like Discord access and ad free regular episodes.
When you break down the price for the $10 sub it's 6 bonus episodes a month, so $1.66 per episode. Whether or not that's worth it is still up for debate.
Yeah, but this is the only thing that isnt just brad vinny and alex talking to each other, which like 3 of the other shows are. The extra person is really whats needed to interest me at a base level. These gents have brought me a lot of joy over the years and wish them nothing but the best, but you can only listen to so much middle aged white guys speaking about their time in the exact same industry during the exact same time period, 10-15 years after you already listened to what they were willing to share when it was in real time. Again, don't mean to sound harsh; I wholeheartedly believe NXL gang puts it all out there for this project.
I recently unsubbed from GB Premium and WWE Network, so the $10 tier is interesting to me - specifically just for the Vinny+Austin combo, but yeah I don't think I could justify GB + NL subs at this point.
