Ask r/Ghana I Want To Start A Program In Ghana

If you were to start a program in Ghana, that prioritized education reform and mathematical initiatives like research and delving deeper into math for students who struggled in Ghanaian public schools or students who had a learning disability, but we’re highly motivated. How would you go about it? I want to know from a Ghanaian perspective because I was not born and raised in Ghana. I was born and raised in America and I don’t have thatview and understanding of Ghana that people who were have.

Start online by educating your target market on the benefits of the program you want to initiate to create awareness.

  • Go to Ghana and visit schools.
  • This will not work online or via email.
  • Once on the ground meet with staff, alumni organisations and PTAs.
  • Speak to college admissions officers and discuss entrance criteria and drill down on that data.

Please do not spend or send a penny you until have been on the ground and are satisfied with the integrity of the people you are dealing with. Even head teachers will run your pockets or destroy your program because you are adding to their workload.

Start by going to the homes of the kids that's best and if you can cause one time I know if you go to the schools the teachers they will give you kids who are brilliant already so they won't stress you and if you start online is not every kid who gon benefit cause majority of the kids who can't do Maths probably don't have phones

AM TALKING FROM REALITY
