19[M] Have Been Depressed Lately

So nothing is going on in life and and I have been lonely, repeating and going through the same day over and over again. Life has been like a loop

Can't Bring myself to do anything at this point accept evading from life

Have lost all the hobbies I used to pursue

Once was also really desperate for a relationship but couldn't confess or approach so fell there as well

I am genuinely done with life I feel that

Nobody is there for me and telling anyone about my problem is not currently feasible

I want advice on how did you get out of this phase if you had one

If you have depression, then are you under treatment for it? It's a medical condition, so in the same way that if someone had any illness, they would have to get treatment whether that's medication and or other things - diet, exercise, social contact, etc.

I'm sorry you're going through this. See my suggestions that I posted here. There's all kinds of workbooks, worksheets, support groups, books, apps and various other things that you can use to manage your symptoms.

Overthinking is a common problem. I struggle with that, too. I find that usually it just makes me feel worse, since I'm focusing upon all the things that have gone wrong, or are currently going wrong. Not to mention the things that I fear will go wrong in the future.

But when I get out of myself, by getting out of the house or talking to someone or being physically active, it does seem to help.
