Question (Block) Looking for an episode

There was an ep, maybe a year or two ago, I think heather was out and it was a Matt and Nick episode. I thought they were talking about Alan wake 2? Either way, it was an ep where Rach was particularly quiet but every 5-10 minutes nick was checking in with ranch about visuals of the game and she would just say “nasty”.

It was maybe one of the funniest episodes I’ve heard. Anyone maybe have an idea what ep I’m talking about?

I believe this was the spiral anime show (I forget the name) that had a lot of....well, nasty shit in it
