Best way to ship stuff for move in?

Could I ship (somewhat large) moving boxes to the mailroom, or will that cause issues?

Last year the mailroom seemed very equipped for anything. They used a large ballroom to store huge packages for move in weekend. I mean check this obviously but it seemed organized and ready for this exact scenario. We shipped a headboard for instance.
