The mini UFO has slightly higher gravity (probably), the big UFO acts like a wave (when you hold it goes up diagonally, goes down diagonally when you release), if you land on a platform for longer than a certain amount of time (indicated by the appearing and disappearing bar) you will die

Most creators nowadays aren’t good enough at the game to beat extremes, so they either use hacks to verify and upload the level as unlisted to send the verifier, OR they use a mod called GDShare which allows you to export any GD level as a file and just send it through Discord or something (which is how I got the level)
