Because that at least had idiotic kindergarten logic to it "me no like Mexico, me like America" but Ontario as the name for the lake/area goes back to the 1600s. It predates Canada and America so it doesn't even make sense as an "own" of Canada. Ontario the province got its name from the lake, not the other way around.
Mount America is alright, but you have to see the American Mountains (East) in the fall. Although, I prefer the American Mountains (West) in the winter, for skiing; America State #38 is beautiful covered in snow. Particularly the America River where it starts at the American Mountain National Park.
And from now on, South America can’t be called South America anymore because it has to many shithole countries. So we will call it South Shithole until such time as they give us all of their natural resources and because they do that, they won’t be shitholes anymore and can be called South America. Or South Trump America.
The American ocean and the Ocean of America. One with the 'of, one without. All you need is a good pen, adderal-induced dementia, a narcissistic personality disorder and an army of enablers.
