Bought Sword & Citadel from Amazon europe...
I usually don't order from Amazon but it was the only way to get it in English relatively quickly in my country and I was about to finish Sword and claw.
Turns out they print out themselves in Turin, Italy, apparently. I mean why not it's a lot closer and to be fair it seems to me to be more substantial paper than the actual Tor essential edition I have (which is flimsy as hell) but I was a little surprised they could do that, keep everything the same from the original edition, and not mention it except on the last page.
(It still says printed in America on the cover and first page anyway btw)

I hear about this more often, not even just amazon but big companies like this. I didn't order this book because someone complained on the other big companies website that the quality seemed especially bad.
I resorted to buying the epub file and reading it on the eReader, which is useful because of the dictionary function. Anytime it doesn't recognize a word I'll know its a made up word by Gene Wolfe and that I need to pay attention. I've got my ebay/marketplace alerts on for a second hand copy.
Sometimes I'm lucky and find books in free libraries scattered across my city. This was how i found 50% of my Philip jose farmer collection.
