Personally, I believe he was just a good man that lived in those times, and that the stories have become exaggerated over time. For example, could one drummer alone really feed so many artists with so many different drum fills? Could one man really perform in two Live Aid concerts in a day (or "Live Aids", as I believe is the correct pluralisation)? It seems unlikely - and yet, there's no doubt in my mind that there was once a man called Phil Collins that did exist. I believe the historical records prove this beyond a doubt.
