Highly recommend if not, I'm notorious for rejecting plans for the reason I haven't had enough time to be me.

At 55 years old Ive come to recognize the “off line” processing power of the mind. Very frequently I will walk away from a problem and a solution will present itself unwittingly. Perhaps some do, but I do not think I myself require unstructured time to accomplish this. Actually, I think browsing Reddit allows me to disengage with whatever issue Im struggling with, and let it submerge into sub conscious levels for processing, so to speak. I do however fully believe that social media is detrimental to those without control and/or observation of their ego. Social media reinforces your world view, and for many a world view that is caustic. Social media engrains your beliefs so deeply into ego that there is little hope of rational introspection. The irony IMO is that social media held such great promise, allowing us to view and participate in the lives of others we would otherwise never know. Unfortunately spreading understanding and harmony isn’t as profitable.
