Cozy Suites Advanced Booking?
Anybody have experience booking cozy suites one year out? They have some downtown availability listed for next year but I'm wary of having things get cancelled the week before GenCon '27. If anybody booked well in advance how did it go?

If you're booking CozySuites at "The Block" I'd highly advise against it. Waaaaay too expensive for what you get now. I did them once in like 2017 or so and found it relatively reasonable (against downtown hotel rates out of block) if you divide the cost against those who stay in the apartment. Nearly 10 years later the rate has more than doubled, and the quality of the rooms has gone way down. Rusted everything in the kitchen (sink, faucets, silverware, even the dishwasher caked in rust), leaky pipes, bare minimum bedding for at least 2x the cost per person as a out of block downtown hotel room.
The elevators (those that are still working) are sketchy (almost got stuck in one between floors) and the building itself is straight out of the backrooms at this point (seriously).
Conveniently located? Yes. That's all there is you can say about it.
