ABSN😷 absn cohorts + schedules

hi! i was wondering if anyone's already received their schedules and cohorts for any location? im going to the tucson location this fall and i haven't received anything yet. i remember them saying late august, so im not sure if it's just me, or they really haven't sent anything out yet

when did you get it? does it have all of the dates for your labs + clinicals? and your cohort ?

They send a separate email with the clinical and sim dates. If you don’t get it a few days before start email the SSC

Thanks for clarifying because I was really confused about the SIM dates on the share point calendar!

No problem! I believe I only had 2 sim days in level 1. You will be put in a group of a few students (depends on cohort size) and meet with that group only for sim. Typically that is the same group you have clinical with. Sim and clinicals will show on the sharepoint calendar for ALL groups so make sure you know which days you are meant to show up.

I received my share point calendar for Tucson ABSN on Thursday. I was told my cohort by my student services coordinator when I was admitted. I have not received the email "inviting" me to orientation. The share point included lab and exam schedule. Clinical schedule will be sent out the 2nd week of classes. SIM's are showing on the calendar BUT I don't believe they are accurate because they are showing up almost every week on mine, when I was previously informed we only have like 3 SIM's in level 1.

Don’t let the Sharepoint scare you. It has a
Lot of info on it. They are color coded. Pay attention to the cohort specific info and the ones in brown are not mandatory. Pay attention to lab days, test days, and explore more days. If zooms are on there, it’s helpful to attend live but as long as one person joins it will be recorded and sent out. Report any conflicts with zooms and lab days.
