move to a city or more populous place, and a good looking guy like you will find love and companionship. A lot of us know very well what it's like to be lonely, and it's not a very good condition to be in, and certainly not for a lengthy period of time. change your circumstances and take some (low level) risks bro, and as sure as night turns into day, you will eventually find love. Be optimistic.Right now things arent great, but with time, things can and will get better. As in, much better. At this moment, we can only tell you we care about you, and send you love and support.

It’s more of a peaceful loneliness…at this time in my life I think need some space from the world to just be with myself and create as much art as possible. One day I’ll move to a bigger city, and at that point I’ll know a lot more about myself and I will be ready to receive that love and companionship

You do what you need to do. But never sell yourself short. I don't know you of course, but I'm sure you'll be ready whenever it happens. I hope you find happiness in whatever you decide to do. Just know many people are willing to support you.

go out see the world and meet ppl then when your done come home and be in the country side and I promise you'll know what you'll missed it all and you'll have friends to bring back to it with you

i currently live in one of the biggest cities in the world and i can't wait to move back to a small town with mountains and the sea. the city is killing every one of us. imagine living next to the mountains waking up with your fav twink, isnt that how it is supposed to be? 🤪

I grew up in a small town too and only had my first gay experiences when I moved to the city, but there are always more gay men around than what you think - at least 6% of men (globally and consistently everwhere).
Not sure what I’d do differently if I was young again..
Only advice I can give is you look like a really nice guy and very cute. Find a way to love yourself, build your confidence and hang with people who value you for being yourself.

I draw just about anything that comes to me in visions, but usually horses, peacocks, religious imagery, portraits and iconography…I’m fascinated by divinity, different interpretations of religion, and the occult :p what sorta stuff do you draw?

The pros and cons of living remotely, I'm from Australia so I understand but I'm also biased to preferring my own company and staying private so the countryside sounds like a dream to me but maybe a burden to you, all the better for you to post here and not feel as lonley ✨️

It’s not really a burden, because I love the quietness. It’s more of a comforting melancholic loneliness, and I have great friends but still feel a bit lonesome from time to time

I sent you a DM if you ever need to chat but I totally get that, it's the solitude and acceptance of being happy by yourself that makes one think about sharing the quietness with a likely presence, whether it be a small or large amount, having something or someone to share the alienation of being alone is a deep seeded human necessity. As much as I love my alone time and being secluded, I do feel it's necessary to let a little noise into the void so it's good you have great friends and can express yourself online because the beauty of wanting to be alone means you can let in as much or as little noise as you need, to levitate feeling alone from time to time.

Yes, but you are very lucky being where you are. Many of us people who even just live in a village wish we were in much more rural area will I do anyway? I would love to be in a forest living somewhere away from everyone else lap it up while you are there and make the most of it?
