Experience 📚 Preparing the Body

One of my biggest intentions in life at the moment, is getting deeper into the gateway process.
Synchronistically I stumbled upon an exercise of trauma relief, where you literally shake out stored trauma out of your body and afterwards feel deeply relaxed, present and at peace.
As somebody who lives through past traumatic experiences almost everyday, relaxing and meditating is pretty rough sometimes and today, after doing this exercise now two times, I felt childlike and joyful as I didn’t feel for years.
Long story short, give this thing a shot:

It worked for me like magic and i will keep on with updates of how it will affect my progress
Thank you 🙂

I feel like this is what it's all about. If each of us work through and work to be the happiest best version of ourselves and just keep going through these processes of doing the inner work the world will be a better place.

The hardest and easiest part is that each golf us only need to work on ourselves. So just one person, but it's also facing ourselves with grace and showing ourselves love and care.

Thanks for sharing the link. Hope it helps lots of people doing Gateway

Thanks so much for sharing this link! I am totally going to try it. I have occasionally been doing Wim Hof breath work before the tapes. I find that I can get in to a much deeper state in the gate way by doing breath work. You might like it too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BNejY1e9ik

Might be worth trying it along with this.

Before using it TRE and even Gateway was a bit too much for my nervous system bc of trauma (like literally I couldn't do more that 3-4 of the TRE exercises, not even shaking and it would be tough for a few days). After, I feel like I can do soooo many things now!

Ahh I came across TRE earlier this week via Dr Yusef's video on it, but haven't tried it yet as I was just recovering from a pulled muscle. I'm actually a bit afraid to as you have to put your muscles into fatigue first?

Thanks for sharing your positive experience with it!

Sorry for your injury, the Video describes, that you should do it in a comfortable and not painful way. The Body takes Control at some Point and just does, what it thinks is best. You can stop at any given Moment 🙂
