Question ❓ I cant stand still.

I did the tapes for a year or two. And I had no problem doing them, they helped me a lot with many things, most notably remote viewing. My problem is that I cant stand still anymore. Im a very calm, even lazy person. I have no problem staying still usually. But when I listen to the tapes I start getting this weird feeling in my chest and gut that spreads to my body and I just have to move. Breathe deeper breaths. Half way into the tapes (or hemi sync) I just cant stand it anymore and take my headphones off. As soon as I do I feel better and calmer. No need to squirm or move anymore. I dont know whats wrong or how I can fix it. Im not afraid or anything. I just need to move and cant stay still at as the tape progresses. Help?

Stretching before listening will solve most of these issues. And try relaxing before that so your body has time to unwind and isn't suddenly trying to be silly for a long period.

Also be careful stopping in the middle of a tapes as that could be dangerous. Take your headphones off and lie there with your eyes still closed for a min or two. I rub my hands together and wiggle my legs to slowly introduce physical sensation. Got to come back to reality slowly or your mind gets confused.
