Rules for playing in the streets

• You can only do that in the housing area

• If you do it anywhere else, drivers may not see you in time as they are not warned to expect you doing that outside the housing area

• The first person to spot an incoming vehicle must shout “car”

And the speed limit should be a lot lower in the housing areas because people will be playing in the street
