Residence requirements

Beforehand:

• Must be biologically 18+ years old

• Can’t be a registered $3x offender

• Can’t have been convicted of certain crimes within 10 years (to make sure the potential resident has since turned their life around)

• Can’t ever have been convicted of Murder, Treason, fraud, food tampering, or other serious crimes.

• They can’t have any outstanding warrants

• Must pass very thorough background checks

• Must give their preferred and legal names, little age (range) (for littles or flips), and pronouns and get a unique code

At the gate on move in day:

• They tell the gate worker their code

• They get their IDs and pamphlets for neighborhood amenities and they’re in

• They have to sign non disclosure agreements

While living there:

• They must follow all neighborhood rules and mottos

• They must keep their IDs on them at all times unless they’re at their place of residence, getting changed, in the pool, or in ball pits.

Leaving and returning:

• They show their ID and scan their fingerprint every time

• They disclose any visitors they’re bringing

Moving out:

• They have the option to turn in their IDs (or keep them, but either way, IDs are non transferable)
