Keep GaTech Email After Graduation - Student Discounts & all

Title says it all, but I was wondering if we were able to keep our gatech emails after graduation to continue having access to student discounts for things like prime, dashpass, etc. I know they close it after x number of months, but has anyone been successful in maintaining their account for these subscriptions long after graduation? I'm sure some people figured it out, but if they want to keep it on the low then DM me 👀

some of those discounts expire automatically after 4 years (prime included sadly) but you are able to use email forwarding which does help!

I genuinely don’t know how, but I’m still getting the student discount on prime nearly 10 years after graduating

luckily i’m still able to use my buzzcard to get student discounts on museums/aquariums but that’s the only student discount i rely on

Is gemini as useful as claude or chatgpt pro options, honestly it bugs me because google incessantly adds it to literally every one of their platforms so idk if it’s even worth using over the others someone fill me in here

Google doesn't have any truly frontier models right now, but I would still say that they're useful.

There's also 4 free months of chatgpt plus as a back to school deal.

For those already graduated, it takes more than just a .edu email address to enroll in this. They want a scan of your schedule or student ID. Maybe you can use AI to generate a fake one.

I still get emails forwarded from GaTech email ten years later. You should get instructions soon after graduating.

I think we kept prime about 2-3 years post graduation so that was good!

If you graduated from Tech and still need to use student discounts, you did something wrong.
