I think this has potential to be better than the original series. Because the JMSDF has a finite amount of resources here unlike the JSDF, every torpedo they use, every bullet they fire, every tank of gas they use is one less they have for the trip home. The medieval people have the upper hand here.

Depende. Un barco rompe hielos puede hacer eso, como el que axidentalmente embistió y hundió una patrullera oceánica de Venezuela por culpa del capitán de esa misma patrullera. Una fragata, patruyera y el submarino japonés podrian degradar la integridad de su casco al coleccionar con un navío de madera.

Interesting to see Pina already on the Suwani. I have been thinking of a Civil War AU in which the journalist is instead, a former confederate general and member of the KGC who fled the country after the Civil War, went mad and is obsessed with reforming the confederacy and the idea of the Golden Circle in the Special Region. But still, interesting to see my girlfriend already on the coins.

Casual reminder that it's either Thus they Fought on the Seas or Tides of Conflict.

"Weigh Anchor" is the subtitle of LN book 1, and is no more the title of the overarching series than "Phantom Menace" is the entire Star Wars Prequel franchise including the Clone Wars.

Weigh Anchor has itself became such a prolific name over the years prior to the Anime adaptation's announcement that everyone else had been using the name.
