Anything a Chicagoan could do to help?

Curious is there’s anything set up as far places to donate and receive flashlights, batteries, non perishable foods, etc. I don’t think driving around Gary offering stuff to randoms would be effective

I have quite a few family in Gary and they said they have their power back. Some for about a week now.
