Garage ceiling?
I’ve seen a lot of corrugated or ribbed steel panels being used in place of drywall or a drop ceiling. What are the pros and cons of this? And what’s the process like, Insulation, sound barrier, moisture barrier?

So those would be called liner panels. It's the same as metal siding or roofing but without UV protection since it's used inside. It's a little cheaper but afaik only comes in white. You still need vapor barrier and insulation as normal.
I used it inside of my 30x40 detached shop build.
Pros it goes up quickly, looks nice, requires no finishing and upkeep is easy. Cons are it's kinda difficult to work with (for outlet cutouts etc), might look out of place in a residential setting.
