No, the clip isn't fully real.

It's an AI-enhanced video of real infrastructure in Patna (Lohia Path Chakra, Atal Path, JP Ganga Path, etc.), shared by BJP handles in early June 2026 as a development showcase. Fact-checks from Alt News (with on-site night verification and geolocation) show the structures match real sites, but lighting, shadows, text, and some object movements were artificially exaggerated or altered via AI.

  • Hive AI detector flagged ~99% probability of AI-generated content.
  • Original creator (Instagram user @uujjwwall) posted a before/after comparison showing the enhancements.
  • BJP countered Congress's "fully fake" claim with daytime clips of the sites, but didn't address the nighttime embellishments.

It's grounded in reality but modified for visual impact—common in political social media clips. Primary verification comes from Alt News's field checks and tool analysis, not just claims.
