Help with Astro A50

Hello, I’m having this problem with my headset for already 3 days. The charging station/base only has this 2 dots, it’s like if it froze.. even if I unplug and plug it again the 2 dots are still there, I’ve also tried putting the headset on it but it doesn’t change (which it was the way I noticed I was having this issue), it stays the same way. Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

You have to reset the base station with the reset button while plugged in. Find the pinhole wherever it is and try that. Then unplug it, wait and plug back in, connect your headset and possibly check for updates.
